What the site stores
- em-theme uses browser local storage to remember Light, Dark, or System. It stays until you or the browser clear it and is not sent to the server.
- em-language is a first-party cookie set when you select ES or EN. Its value is es or en, and it expires after one year. The server uses it to remember your choice.
These preferences contain no name, email address, or tracking identifier. The application contains no analytics, advertising pixels, or social media scripts.
Changing or clearing your preferences
Use the controls in the header to change your preferences. To clear them, delete the site’s data in your browser. Appearance then defaults to System. Language is selected from the country signal and browser preference. The language links also work if cookies are disabled, although the site cannot remember your choice for later visits.
External images and links
The browser loads blog images and YouTube thumbnails from their providers, who receive the technical information needed to respond. The site loads no players or social widgets. An external link is subject to the practices of its destination.

If other cookies or tracking technologies are introduced, this notice will be updated and the corresponding controls applied. See also the privacy notice.
